We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless there is a clear manufacturing defect.

 

🚫 No Returns for Wrong Size

All items are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong sizing. Please double and triple check your size before purchasing. Each product page includes a detailed size guide—use it to avoid disappointment.


✅ Manufacturing Issues

If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect (rips, print errors, wrong item sent), email us at support@dancalabs.com within 7 days of delivery with:

A photo clearly showing the issue

Your order number

Our team will manually review your claim and let you know if you’re eligible for a return or replacement. If approved, we’ll provide next steps.

We reserve the right to deny any claim that does not meet these conditions or appears to be false.

📦 Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. Please contact your local carrier or file a claim with them directly.


🛠️ Cancellations & Changes

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or edited. Everything is made to order, and production starts quickly.
