1. Made-to-Order

All products are made to order. This means production begins shortly after you place your order and items are custom-made just for you. As a result:

• Orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed

• Returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects (see our Refund Policy)

2. Prices & Payment

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors.

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other Shopify-approved payment methods. All transactions are processed securely.

3. Product Variations

Due to the nature of made-to-order production, slight variations in print placement, color, or sizing may occur. These are not considered defects.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the site or violate any applicable laws while using this website.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including designs, images, and text—is the property of DANCA LABS and may not be copied, reproduced, or reused without our written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DANCA LABS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of our website or services.
